The U.S. Postal Service’s desktop Shipping Assistant application has been re-designed adding the ability to print customs forms and international mail labels as well as schedule and manage Carrier Pickup requests. Shipping Assistant 3.0 has enhanced address book management tools, more user preferences, an integrated help component, postal news that may effect shipments and the capability to pre-populate online form fields. Customers can download the application, which currently has more than 100,000 customers free at www.usps.com. – Melissa Campenelli
