Sunrise Medical, a manufacturer of home-care and extended-care products, relaunched its business-to-business Web site with new features including account management and repair tips for its dealers.
Sunrise Medical expects the site changes to produce a 300 percent rise in orders, 25 percent savings on printed material costs, 10 percent savings on customer service operation costs and a 30 percent time savings from improved content management. The site is powered by customer relationship management software from Blue Martini Software.
Sunrise also added features for end users of its products. They now can view information on health issues and get warranty information.
