Metavante, Bellevue, WA, is expanding its hosted CRM solution with the signing of a multiyear contract with Onyx Software.
The companies said the new CRM application will optimize and streamline customer interactions for financial service industry users.
Metavante will integrate the Onyx Internet architecture and e-business applications with its own suite of CRM financial services software. The offering will complement Metavante's existing sales and service automation software.
